Administrator Carol Blair, RN BSN

Carol Blair, RN, BSN has served as Administrator of Serenity Hospice Care since its founding, helping to build and grow the organization while fostering a culture centered on compassion, trust, and lasting relationships.

Carol began her nursing career in acute and long-term care.  Her commitment to hospice became deeply personal after experiencing hospice care with her father in 2001. Inspired by the compassion and dignity her family received, she dedicated her career to hospice, serving as a Case Manager and Director of Nursing before becoming Serenity’s Administrator.

Throughout her years at Serenity, Carol has placed tremendous value on people and relationships. Many employees and healthcare partners have been with Serenity for years, creating a strong sense of trust, loyalty, and shared commitment. Carol believes these long-standing relationships—with staff, patients, families, and community partners—are at the heart of Serenity’s continued growth and success.
